March Madness
March 2006 is a special month for me as it marks the official release
of the Growing Field series across the nation. This month, also
crossing the nation, is an event receiving juuust a bit more public

Hurricane Katrina Book Drive
This project began as a small project this school year to help replace
books throughout the Gulf region. One elementary class in Ft. Collins,
Colorado was given the opportunity to write words of hope and inspiration
inside the book Your Song for a donation to school children in
New Orleans. The
goal is to reach the children of Louisiana and let them know others
throughout our country are thinking about them. This opportunity also
allows a pen pal opportunity for any child interested in staying
in touch with their peer in the Gulf.
